Combined 20 mA Current Loop / RS232C Submodule The combined 20mA current loop / RS232 submodule is a plug-in for the communication processors SSM-BG41, BG42 and BG43. It is used for point to point or bus connection communication. It has 2 lines for current loop transmission and reception. In bus operation the sub-module connects in a potential (voltage) free state, preventing any influence on the existing loops. In the RS232 state only the point to point connection is possible.
